​Debra Webb is the CEO of the Key Clubhouse of South Florida where she has served in this capacity for the last 10 years. She has extensive experience working in non-profit management including serving as the Founding CEO of HOPE CLUBHOUSE OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA located in Fort Myers, Fla, Executive Director of Pace Center for Girls in Lee County. She has also served as the Chief Development Officer for the Children’s Network of Southwest Florida and was one of the team members who was instrumental in privatizing child welfare in Southwest Florida. She also has extensive experience in Public Relations and Marketing working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years.
A graduate of the University of Florida she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, specializing in not for profit management.
